Nothing. SweetBeam carries its own costs, adding to both top-line revenue and net EBITDA for every client property.

Does SweetBeam carry advertising to guests?

SweetBeam does not receive or rely upon third-party advertising revenues. Clients determine the communications and have full discretion over all content.

Does SweetBeam bother guests?

No, luxury guests appreciate being proactively catered to and individually inspired. Guests appreciate the helpful, timely information tailored to their individual needs. The analytics provided allows client properties to understand how revenue is being generated, while delivering valuable insights into guest preferences and behavior. The methodology is fully transparent and auditable.

How much time will my team need to dedicate to support SweetBeam?

Virtually none. SweetBeam is a service, not a product. We do the work so hoteliers and their staff don’t have to. We work on behalf of our clients’ properties to deliver up-to-date, tailored communications to every guest 365 days per year. SweetBeam does the planning and the work; clients simply make requests and approve.

Is SweetBeam delivered over interactive media?

SweetBeam is media neutral.  SweetBeam Individual Marketing can be delivered over a range of media devices and platforms, from interactive devices to dedicated display media.  Over the last twenty years, interactive devices in hotels—interactive TV, feature-rich phones, Internet on TV, remote control systems, and in-room iPads—have generally promised hoteliers more than they deliver, while causing headaches for both the guest and the hotel. SweetBeam will recommend the media that will be most effective at reaching and influencing every single guest in your property, whether proactive or reactive (interactive) or both.

What else can SweetBeam do for my hotel?

SweetBeam offers hotel management custom-tailored access to a host of extended features that allow enhanced, tailored communications to guests or groups of guests in new and valuable ways.
